- Our Hermosa Beach location has open gym from 6AM to 8PM Monday through Thursday, 6AM to 6PM Friday, 9AM to 1PM Saturday and 10AM to 1PM Sunday. Our Velocity location has Open Gym from 8AM to 4PM Monday through Friday and 8AM to Noon Saturday. Also please note you must wear a mask, stay 6 feet apart, wash your hands and pre register for classes.
