- Race headquarters are at Central Park, on 15th Ave S, just south of Main Street. The Hopkins Raspberry Run was founded in 1964 by the Twin Cities Track Club founder Patrick Lanin. Today, the 5-mile follows the same traditional route around Shady Oak Lake before finishing on Main Street prior to the Hopkins Raspberry Festival parade.
