- Staff Profiles. Matt started as a Job Coach with Kulshan in 1989. He became the Director of Kulshan in 1997. He has a degree in Chemistry from WWU and is a huge Raiders fan. Theresa started with Kulshan in 1994 as a Board Member. She has been working for Kulshan since April of 1995 as a Job Coach and became the Program Coordinator in 1998.
