A white metal badge in the shape of a shield. The shield is coloured with green enamel with a silver rim. In the centre of the shield is a silver crest, the latter being two silver swords touching at the tips. The swords are sitting on two oak leaves and there is a sunburst in the background. Framing the swords is a border, inscribed 'VIGILIA PRETIUM LIBERTATIS'.
