There were several stations along the line starting with Latrobe, Oakville (in Latrobe), Osburn, Kingston, Long Bridge, Darlington, Idlewild, Millbank, Bells, Ligonier. Aug 27, 2007 · I have been doing as much research as I can on the Ligonier Valley Railroad. This was a shortline railroad in Western Pennsylvania. It was in operation from 1879 till 1952. It started out as a narrow gauge and was converted to standard gauge in 1903. It connected with the Pennsylvania Railroad at Latrobe, Pennsylvania.
