NCCER’s Headquarters building is a 33,455-square-foot facility built by The Haskell Company in 2011. Haskell won the ABC National Excellence in Construction Eagle Award and the Design-Build Institute of America Award, in addition to the building receiving LEED Silver Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.

November 29, 2010 – The National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER), Gainesville, Fla., broke ground last week for its future home at Progress Corporate Park, Alachua, Fla. The new headquarters will be designed by The Haskell Co. of Jacksonville, Fla., and NCCER plan to move in in the fall of 2011. The 31,000-square-foot building will be designed to LEED silver certification.
