Plano Youth Soccer annually sponsors the Don Collins Memorial Scholarship for graduating seniors living within the Plano Independent School District. The scholarship was created in memory of Mr. Don Collins, who was an original founder and past president of the Plano Youth Soccer Association.

Plano Sports Authority (PSA) offers the largest nonprofit youth soccer program in Texas with over 500 teams participating in our Soccer Leagues each season. Playing Format. For the U11-U12's we will play 9v9, on a smaller field 80x50 and minimum roster size to register will be 10 with maximum roster size of 16. *a max of (3) 10U's may play up to U11. For the U13 and above we will play 11v11, minimum roster size to register will be 12 with a maximum roster size of 18 for U13-U14 and 22 for U15-U19.
PSA was founded as a non-profit organization in December 1970 when the local individual sports leagues incorporated to form one administrative youth sports organization. PSA provides quality year-round recreational and competitive youth sports leagues to over 100,000 youth who live the North Texas area.
