The company founder, Robert Carl Williams moved to Vermont in the 1960’s to follow his vision of creating a body of architecture that is designed around its environment. Robert initiated five Vermont communities known as Hawk. In 1980 Daniel Pratt joined RCWA and in 1995 became a partner in the firm and is now the president and CEO.
